Escaping the zones

Changing one little thing in our life has a remarkable impact on leaving the ordinary zone we live in. Most of the time, I found myself stuck in a strict schedule and unproductive tasks, sometimes I was lost in there. I did not like any change in my life no matter whether it is about my clothes or thoughts. Anyway, it was a toxic behavior to keep them because the lifestyle has conflicted with my values. I understood and brought changes in my days.

The problem which we all always face every day but do not know is staying in the comfort zone. The comfort zone is everywhere around us and we go into the zones without even noticing. It is because our brain tries to keep everything as predictable by which it could control and prevent any threat. We know that being in the comfort zone is bad for our growth, but methods of getting out of zones are still puzzling.

There are fear zone, learning zone, and growth zone apart from the comfort zone. In the comfort zone, we feel safe and in control where everything is familiar. For instance, we start our days by brushing our teeth and making our beds. When we do our work, we do not use our full brain capacity, we do things as we usually do instead. In this zone, there is no curiosity and interest in leaving the zone without any commitment.

Every day I struggle with my comfort zone as well, where I can assure that everything is right and solid. It is good to know I am in the zone, but it is bad to stay in there. The first thing I did was to enhance extraordinary activities in my life. I used my left hand to hold a spoon for eating. It was very challenging. When I took a spoon, then my left-hand moved abnormally. No matter how hard I tried, it seemed almost impossible in the early days. But I did not give up on changing things. The reason why I tried to make discomfort situations so hard is just because I can think differently.

Moreover, several fields of life apply comfort zone such as relationships, jobs, personal life, finances as well as physical health. Thinking of these, we want to keep them as stable as possible where other goals and plans could be created and applied. However, there is a statement ‘grow fast or die slow’ in the tech business that simply means you will be automatically going back if there is no change or growth. We are the output of a function of which variables are mainly dependent on other people. They are changed by the minute, so are we.

WE TRAVEL not to escape life, BUT FOR LIFE not to escape us.

For self-development, changing and growing play an important role. Our habits should be revised regularly so that we can be aware of a change in ourselves. Every decision is a result of our preference, hence our preference should be altered too. There is no perfect thing, but we can find the perfects for us by constantly changing variables. Being like water, which conforms to the shape of its container without losing its volume, is the best way to live forward.

Getting new habits, synchronizing old activities, reshaping the surrounding could help you to find the one you prefer. Maybe your preferences should have been modified already.

Don’t listen to what others say. GO SEE! 😉🧳
